As of October 1, 2004, New Jersey discontinued the use of plate stickers, so 09/2005 were the last natural stickers that *should have been* issued.
However, some plates were issued 10/2005 stickers.
RVS-55L is a NATURAL 10/2005.
RWE-18W is ALSO a natural 10/2005.
Before the sticker program was cancelled, stickers were distributed to existing registrants for renewals up to 12/2005.

The plates below are "semi-naturals". They were issued during 2005, with 2005 expiration stickers.
SFY-24D was issued in March or April 2005 with an 11/2005 sticker.
SKY-64R was issued in May 2005 with a 10/2005 sticker.
