EARLY ISSUES
Livery plates with an "L" prefix were issued from 1917 to 1921 - see them
here.

OL-100A - OL-999Z(?)
LIVERY plates started on the 1979 base, although it is not known whether they started numbering where
the PUC LIM series left off, or whether it re-started at OL-1000.
(No blue plates lower than OL-5092 have been seen.)
